Foreclosure Prevention

Foreclosure

Are you finding it difficult to make your monthly mortgage payment? If you do not make your mortgage payments, your lender can take your home. The process they use to take your home is called foreclosure.

Most lenders do not want to take your home. The sooner you talk to them, the better chance you can work out something.

This is an official website from the U.S. Department of the Treasury & Housing and Urban Development. Homeowners can lower their monthly mortgage payments and get into more stable loans at today's low rates. And for those homeowners for whom homeownership is no longer affordable or desirable, the program can provide a way out that avoids foreclosure. Additionally, there are options for unemployed homeowners and homeowners who owe more than their homes are worth.
