The Zoning Review Committee is comprised of one member of the Planning Commission, the Building Official, and the Deputy Director of Community and Economic Development. Entitlement applications that require Zoning Review Committee review and/or approval include Minor Variance and Minor Use Permits. Projects that require approval of a Minor Variance or a Minor Use Permit and another concurrent entitlement application (i.e. Conditional Use Permit, Design Review, etc.) are heard solely by the Planning Commission.
