Housing Rights Center (HRC)
The Housing Rights Center (HRC) provides FREE fair housing services to El Monte residents and community members. HRC offers housing discrimination complaint investigation, landlord/tenant counseling, predatory lending referrals, outreach and education, and legal and advocacy services. Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice (LACLJ)
LACLJ provides counseling concerning housing rights, obligations and laws, and answers questions about the rights and obligations of landlords or tenants. LACLJ counselors are trained professionals that are ready, willing and able to help resolve any landlord/tenant problem.
