The Planning Division administers the environmental review process for all land-use projects within the City pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as applicable. All projects and proposals are reviewed to ensure that the health and safety of the public is protected and that all project related impacts are appropriately mitigated.
