In response to the current surge of COVID-19 cases and through advisement of the Los Angeles County Health Department and the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation (LA County Parks), the City of El Monte Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department are temporarily closing all in-person outdoor programming in accordance with the County of Los Angeles Safer At Home Health Officer Order to stop the spread of COVID-19.
