The El Monte Police Department will issue parking tickets for street sweeping parking violations starting Monday, June 1, 2020 .
Due to the rapidly evolving situation regarding COVID-19, the City did not enforce street sweeping parking violations. Starting the afternoon of March 17, 2020, and continuing through May 31, 2020.
